With a trip to Hawaii just around the corner in March, I wanted something sassy and cute to wear besides standard shorts. I got this dress for $98 in brown. It looks super cute with matching flip flops (with little starfish designs on it!) I recently had a breast reduction, I can FINALLY pull off wearing halter dresses without falling out of them!!!
